Show Valentine's LOVE for Trees

Harvest day

More Trees Now rescues young trees and seedlings from environments where they struggle to thrive. We provide these trees at no cost to various green initiatives, gardens, food forests, and farmers. Can you spare some time to help us? No prior knowledge of trees or planting is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm! Sign up today for one of our events, whether it's rescuing trees, assisting at a tree giveaway, or planting. We would be thrilled to have you join us!

Description

Will you help us save the trees from Ardee Bog?

Bring your picnic and we'll light a fire!

We are mvoing saplings for a second chance. Trees produce hundreds of seedlings every year which grow on the bog, drying out the habitat for sphagnum moss and wetlnd ecosystems.

These trees will not survive into adulthood.

An educational, fun day in nature. You learn to look at nature differently; nature gives us in abundance and you get to know all kinds of different types of trees in winter mode.

By scooping these out together and giving them away for free to citizens, farmers, food forests and outdoorsy people who want to plant trees, we can make Ireland greener faster and more fun!

Since 2020 More Trees Now have transplanted more than two million trees and shrubs, will you join us? On a harvest day we cut out the underprivileged trees These are disadvantaged because, for example, they are in a mowing path or growing in a bog.

We expect to harvest the following species

PLEASE NOTE: YOU CANNOT RESERVE TREES. THESE KINDS AND NUMBERS ARE AN INDICATION, WE MAKE AS FAIR A DISTRIBUTION AS POSSIBLE.
